So, we know we've talked a lot about job post titles lately, but I really want to hit on this point of some of the words that you should not have in your title and these things aren't really obvious and I want to make sure that you know these so you're aware of them as well. So it's important to check your stats because there are gaps in communication when it comes to new policy updates that shouldn't be allowed in your job, post on a lot of the different platforms and I'll go into this example in just a second but It's important to not have the wages into the titles for certain platforms again, every platforms different. But for example, indeed, just released out an update to where you're not able to have the wages and the title.
Now, here's where it comes from because that Gap in communication. I was referring to is this new update necessarily doesn't tell us that it's paused or flogged, but if we were to call and indeed rub, we'd be able to see that, there is something that they're not. Showing our job posts and it will show their the reason why on their side, but it won't show us on our site. Now, that's not always the case. This typically falls into the group of either keywords that say independent house, cleaner self-employed 1099 agency commission percentage or something of that nature, whereas indicating that it's a contract base and while that may be true, some job platforms don't necessarily Vibe well with that, for instance, better team. If you were to sign up with them and they found out that you're an agency. You're paying percentage.
They typically send it out to whole bunch of free platforms. Right there, sharing your post, for free limited availability and free jobs are only basically allowed to be listed for employee based models, not contractor models. So therefore, you're most likely going to get rejected from those free platforms, and you're going to get kicked off of better team. So, unfortunately, I've seen it happen with variety of different platforms.
