The difference is how fast the interviews come in. Every city, industry state/ province is different.If you are serious about getting workers we recommend starting with a $300 ad budget. You can always modify this after you've filled your positions.
This would be done after the job offer with your preferred software. This is a small additional step but the savings are tremendous! The average cost per background screening on most platforms range from approx. $20-$40 per check.

99% of all of our clients find success with indeed. You just have to have it setup right which 99% of everyone doesn't which is why in all of our plans we do this for you.
There are about 20% who add in an additional platform where we parse part of the budget and move it to facebook job posts (U.S Only)
If you are part of the 1% where Indeed doesn't work, we would have to move you to Zip Recruiter Premium which is more expensive but will fix your traffic and still have it automated into the system. ($997 Min For Unlimited Traffic)
On occasion we may be able to use our Zip Recruiter premium where we can offer you a job slot at $350 per. There is no guarantees on an opening and there is a cap each month. We save these for our done for you clients, if needed.
